1. Pricing information:
All prices include V.A.T. and UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated. For further information on delivery charges including delivery supplements please also review: THIS PAGE.

2. Order confirmation and order validation:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.

3. Payment:
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We are however unable to process orders placed using Electron or American Express cards. Payment will be debited to your account upon despatch of your order. Alternatively we can accept cheques made payable to 'Direct Car Parts' and sent to the following address:

4. Delivery of goods:
We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days, providing the goods are in stock. If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.

Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express delivery is required.

5. Complaints and queries:
We always try to offer a first-class level of service.

6. Returns policy:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within (#)14 days of the original order date.
If we have wrongly supplied parts we will reimburse the full purchase price. However, if the parts have been correctly supplied based upon the information provided at the time of ordering then we will reimburse the product costs minus a 15% handling charge.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:

- Contact us to request a (*) Returns Number.

- Send the goods to the following address:

- Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in 'as new' condition.

- Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the (*) Returns Number.

- (*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.

7. Product information and product images:
Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.

8. Confidentiality of personal details:
Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose originally intended. If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we'll remove all of your details.
